Subcontractor Equipment Registration
Equipment first: tell us what you run and where you can work.
To register as a disaster debris subcontractor, email us your equipment and company information. Start with the equipment; it is the first thing we match to a mission.
How to register
- Click the button below to open a pre-filled email, or email brian@omniconstruction.org with the subject “Subcontractor Equipment Registration”.
- List your equipment first, then your company details (see below).
- Attach a current certificate of insurance and equipment photos if you have them (see the minimum requirements).
Information to include
- Equipment type and count (dump trucks, trailers, knuckleboom trucks, loaders, skid steers, excavators, grinders, air curtain burners, bucket trucks, boats or barges)
- Truck and trailer capacities (cubic yards) and year/make
- Operators and crews available (saw crews, traffic control, laborers)
- Home base (city, state) and the states you are willing to travel to
- Company name, contact name, phone and email
- Certificate of insurance (see the minimums on the Subcontractors page)
- Certifications, if any (DBE, MBE, WBE, SBE, HUBZone, VOSB/SDVOSB, Section 3) and SAM UEI, if registered
