How to contract with Omni
Most agencies retain a debris contractor through a pre-event standby contract awarded under their own procurement process. We can provide pricing schedules and the forms your solicitation requires.
- Pre-event standby contract. Issue a competitive RFP, RFQ or invitation to bid under your procurement rules and 2 CFR 200.317–200.327, and include Omni Construction on your notice list. The contract is activated by a Notice to Proceed after an event.
- Post-event emergency procurement. After a declared disaster, an agency may use the exigency or emergency procedures its own rules and 2 CFR 200.320 allow, documenting why the circumstances justified them.
FEMA reviews each applicant’s procurement; see the FEMA procurement guidance.
